I provide technical support across 130+ Surrey Schools sites, troubleshooting hardware issues, network connectivity problems, and software or OS errors for staff and students. I diagnose and repair devices, perform software upgrades, image and deploy equipment, and ensure classroom technology runs reliably while rotating between multiple schools each day.

Student Software Developer

Built a tennis coaching platform to streamline coach-player communication with real-time drill creation, roster management, and performance tracking. I handled all of the system testing, managed sprints with the client, and developed the drill creation functionality end-to-end.
